Find! ... towards balance and happiness

'Find!' is our course aiming to help you find happiness and balance. Putting positive psychology in practice, we are aiming to promote inner strength, learning ways to enhance happiness in your normal everyday life. ​

We take a positive approach. Positive psychology is not about taking away or preventing stress, anxiety, burnout or depression. Though that is a positive side effect, it is in essence about making wise and positive choices towards a better, more efficient and happy life.

Inner Growth ... towards love and inner beauty

is a series of classes for those who want more, who are ready to make an effort to truly change and become a better person. Working on a more subtle level, we draw on the universal wisdom and guidance from eastern traditions, with the intent to grow and refine our reactions and our emotions. We make use of some of their excercises refined over hundreds of years.

These classes have a profound spiritual inclination.
It is an inward journey, the Journey of the Soul, finding purpose and meaning in everyday life.

Putting positive psychology in practice, we aim to promote inner strength, happiness, a deeply meaningful life, a better way of living - whatever that means to you, a more beautiful way of relating to others, help you find true joy in whatever it is you do, self acceptance with a smile, giving yourself permission to err, to make mistakes while learning, permission to be human.

We draw on the wisdom discovered by Sufism and Daoism, using some of the excercises refined over hundreds of years, which are fully in line with the findings from positive psychology.
Our goal is not to take away or prevent stress, anxiety, burnout or depression, though that might be a side effect form some. Our goal is for you to learn to know yourself, understand and find the way to express yourself, your true inner self, energize you and make you love and enjoy your life.
